Returns Overview
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
All returns must be dropped off or mailed back at the customer’s expense, and must be pre-approved.
Please contact us before sending or dropping off a return so we can guide you through the process.
Return Windows
Shipped Orders:
- Return must be scanned by the delivery carrier within 4 days of receiving the item for a full refund (excluding shipping).
- Returns scanned within 7 days are eligible for store credit.
Pickup & Local Delivery Orders:
- Return within 24 hours for a full refund
- Return within 72 hours for store credit
In-Store Purchases:
- Return within 24 hours for a full refund
- Return within 72 hours for store credit
Gift Returns:
- Store credit only
- Items must be returned within 3 weeks of the date on the gift receipt
- Please include your name and phone number with the return
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- Have tags attached
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Purchases made with store credit
- Bath towels
- Undershirts
- Muslin swaddles, lovies and blankets
- Pacifiers
