Returns Overview

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

All returns must be dropped off or mailed back at the customer’s expense, and must be pre-approved.

Please contact us before sending or dropping off a return so we can guide you through the process.

Return Windows

Shipped Orders:

  • Return must be scanned by the delivery carrier within 4 days of receiving the item for a full refund (excluding shipping).
  • Returns scanned within 7 days are eligible for store credit.

Pickup & Local Delivery Orders:

  • Return within 24 hours for a full refund
  • Return within 72 hours for store credit

In-Store Purchases:

  • Return within 24 hours for a full refund
  • Return within 72 hours for store credit

Gift Returns:

  • Store credit only
  • Items must be returned within 3 weeks of the date on the gift receipt
  • Please include your name and phone number with the return

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Have tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Purchases made with store credit
  • Bath towels
  • Undershirts
  • Muslin swaddles, lovies and blankets
  • Pacifiers
