Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. If you’re unable to locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly.

We offer delivery in Beachwood, University Heights, Shaker and Cleveland Heights for a flat fee of $5.
Deliveries are available Sunday through Friday.
