Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer exchanges. If something didn’t work out, feel free to return it and place a new order online.

How long do I have to return something?

Return windows vary by how you received your order:

  • 24 hours, money back
  • 72 hours for store credit

How do I return a gift?

Include the gift receipt and make sure the item is unworn, with tags. Returns must be made within 3 weeks of the gift receipt date. We’ll issue store credit under the recipient’s name.

Can I shop in person?

Yes! We would love to help you find the perfect gift in person.

When will my pickup order be ready?

Pickup orders are ready within 24 hours. We’ll send you a message as soon as it’s available.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

What if my package says delivered but I didn’t get it?

If your order is marked as delivered but can’t be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting UPS directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
